For a tuner or display question, include the instrument, display name, temperament, A4 reference, display settings, and device model. For a keyboard or temperament issue, a screenshot and the exact sequence of taps are especially helpful. Using the Settings > Send Feedback link from within the app includes a lot of useful info about your setup.
